1.As long as you have purchased any instrumental, then you have full control to remix, sample or remake.  However, once your song is released, PRODUCER CREDITS ARE MANDITORY!! All purchases are on record. PRODUCER CREDITS are as follows; PRODUCER/COMPOSER: ERIC MARTELL ADAMS, ascap (ipi#)730488049. Failure of producer/composer credits will result in legal action and may result in the release being forfeited and or dissolved.

2.  Initial pricing per instrumental is as listed for and only for .wav file access. If you want different versions (no tags and or tracked out) then multiply price by x2(no tags) and multiply by x4(no tags and full track out/stems) …. NOTE not all items are available for tag deletes and or stems. Most times this will reflect in price of instrumentals and are often cheaper to purchase.

                                                                EXCLUSIVITY

3. Initial pricing per instrumental is as listed for and only for .wav file access. However, if you want to have EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS then multiply price by x10. in example if your instrumental cost $10 u.s, then exclusive rights will cost $100 and will include the following. mp3, wav, stems, receipt of purchase of PUBLISHING RIGHTS, instrumental will be deleted from this and all platforms if requested. NOTE not all items are available for tag deletes and or stems. Most times this will reflect in price of instrumentals and are often cheaper to purchase.
